These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products and services (collectively, “Products”) from Vuessera through our website vuessera.com and any associated services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Applicability
These Terms apply to all Users (“Buyers”) purchasing Products from Vuessera. By registering or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. User Account
- Registration: Registration is free. Users must provide accurate, complete information.
- Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Vuessera is not liable for losses due to negligence or unauthorized account access.
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 13 years old (or legal minimum in their jurisdiction). Minors may only use Vuessera services under parental consent.
- Privacy: By using our services, you agree to Vuessera’s Privacy Policy.
3. Orders & Confirmation
- Orders submitted via vuessera.com are binding only after Order Confirmation by Vuessera.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details (type, weight, quality, and function) before purchase.
- Orders confirmed before 15:00 WIB local time are processed the same day; orders after 15:00 WIB or on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day.
- Vuessera reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or product information and may cancel orders accordingly.
- Product availability may change without notice. If a product is out of stock, the payment will be refunded.
4. Pricing & Taxes
- Prices may be adjusted prior to Order Confirmation to reflect changes in costs.
- All prices include applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless stated otherwise. Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
5. Payment
- Must pay via approved payment systems and ensure the payment matches the Order Confirmation.
- Overpayment refund requests must be submitted within 2×24 hours of receiving the product, including proof of purchase.
- Late or failed payments require a new order process.
6. Shipment & Delivery
- Vuessera delivers products via official delivery partners.
- Orders processed before 14:00 WIB are shipped the same day; orders after 14:00 WIB or on holidays are shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers are the responsibility of the provider, not Vuessera.
- Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Refunds & Returns
Buyers may request refunds under the following conditions:
- Overpayment by the Buyer
- Product received expired or damaged (including torn packaging)
Refund requests must include photo proof and recipient address. Vuessera reserves the right to approve or reject refunds.
8. Product Changes
Vuessera reserves the right to alter, modify, or redesign products without obligation to replace previous shipments.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including product designs, images, and website content, are owned by Vuessera. Buyers may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any materials without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vuessera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including third-party actions (shipping, payment, or linked sites).
11. Force Majeure
Vuessera is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, government action, or supply shortages.
12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
- Terms are governed by Indonesian law.
- Any dispute may be resolved via negotiation, arbitration, or court in Indonesia, at Vuessera’s discretion.
13. Language
These Terms are available in Indonesian and English. If conflicts arise, the Indonesian version prevails.
14. Amendments
Vuessera may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
